Easy Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase. But in case you are not – perhaps it is a little too big or too small – all orders are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with its condition, we will gladly refund the amount you paid or exchange the item for a different size or color. However, we do not exchange the item for a different style.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Because of the nature of these garments, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Apparels that have obvious signs of use.
  • Apparel with no original tags and packaging.
  • Intimate garments (for health and hygiene reasons).

If any returns do not meet these conditions, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange of any item that is deemed to have been damaged, washed, or soiled.

RETURNS PROCESS

We understand that purchasing online can be a little difficult when you cannot view the real product. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please inform us and complete the following steps:

  • Please contact us, indicating the items you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you soon. We truly appreciate your patience.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please repackage up the items to be returned with the original packing. Drop off your package at the post office.
  • On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the items. Once our checks are complete, we will exchange the items or refund back to your payment method.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. Nonetheless, if you have changed your mind about something you bought, the return delivery fee is non-refundable.

Please note, we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. For further returning information, please get in touch with our customer service by sending us an email with your order number.
