As customer satisfaction is our prime responsibility, we offer Free Standard Shipping for orders with a value of $150 or above. Delivery time and costs depend on the chosen option:

Processing

Please note that orders are packed and shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday. Most items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 24 hours after payment has been received. However, some of our pieces are made-to-order and require additional time. Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, when selecting Standard, Registered, or Express Shipping, please note that the shipping duration listed above is an estimate only. Due to postal service delays and other factors outside of our control (e.g., shipping location), orders may take longer to arrive. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Attention: If you order multiple items from our store, they will be combined into the same package. Please contact us first if you wish to receive items in separate parcels.

Linen Linen

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, some of menique Linen clothes are made to order unless otherwise stated. They are hand-cut and sewn by highly experienced seamstresses. This method reduces fabric waste and the creation of finished garments. Please note that this quality work takes time.

Lead time: up to 2 weeks.

Tracking Tracking

We provide shipping options which include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information and the estimated arrival date. You can easily track your package during the entire transit time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you do not receive an email with tracking details, please check your spam filter or contact us.
