Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase. But in case you are not – perhaps it is a little too big or too small – all orders are eligible for FREE 30-day returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with its condition, we will gladly refund the amount you paid or exchange the item for a different size or color. 

Special conditions

Because of the nature of these garments, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Apparels that have obvious signs of use.
  • Apparel with no original tags and packaging.
  • Intimate garments (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Customized garments.

If any returns do not meet these conditions, the items will be sent back to you. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange of any item that is deemed to have been damaged, washed, or soiled.

Returns process

We understand that purchasing online can be a little difficult when you cannot touch the real product. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please inform us and complete the following steps:

  • Visit menique Returns center.
  • Enter order number and e-mail address used for the purchase.
  • Choose the items you would like to return along with the reason.
  • Return label and instructions will be sent within 1 business day.

Please note, we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. For further returning information, please get in touch with our customer service by sending us an email support@menique.com with your order number. 

Linen clothing

Whilst we do accept returns, we ask kindly that you consider your purchase carefully. We make to order our Linen clothes; we do not hold stock garments. Please do not buy multiple items with the sole intention of returning. Note, customized items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

As a brand trying to push for zero-waste and a positive change, menique would like to invite you to move away from the current cycle of purchasing and returning, and be more conscious of the impact such a process is having on our environment.
