      1. Chest

    Measure under arms at the fullest part of your chest. Keep your tape measure level with the floor.

    2. Arm length

    Let your arm hang straight down, and measure from the shoulder point to your wrist.

    3. Waist

    Measure around the smallest part of the waistline, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose.

    4. Hips

    Measure the fullest part of your hip, above your thighs, standing with your feet together.

    5. Inseam

    Measure from the inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.

    Weight: Light, 160 g/m²

    Made from lightweight Merino wool yarn, this garment can be worn next to the skin as a base layer for colder conditions or on its own for high-to-mid intensity activities. Ultra-soft (17.5–18.5 µm), hypoallergenic and low-bulk, it layers smoothly under other pieces without adding weight or restriction. The breathable, thermoregulating fabric dries quickly and maintains freshness by transporting moisture through the surface of the garment.
     Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners, and never dry the piece in direct sunlight. We recommend air-drying to extend the life of each product.

      Ive been wearing only merino wool t-shirts for several years, and it was time to get a replacement. My first t-shirts date back to 2016 and have definitely earned their keep. While browsing, I came across this brand and decided to try it out. When it arrived, it felt a bit rough at first, so I washed it. After washing and air-drying, I put it on and despite the initial rough feel, it doesnt itch and is very comfortable to wear. What I especially like about these t-shirts is that they are slightly longer, so they dont ride up out of your pants, in fact, they havent at all so far. Even after multiple washes, nothing has changed. Ive now ordered several more of this model and remain very satisfied.

      A few months ago, I decided to try the menique merino T-shirt, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. The materials softness immediately stands out, it feels incredibly comfortable on the skin, almost luxurious, yet it never itches or irritates. The shirt is lightweight and works well even on warmer days because it wicks moisture away quickly. Ive worn it not only for running but also on hikes or simply as a daily base layer, and it performed wonderfully. Temperature regulation is another big plus. Whether in the sun or cooler weather, the shirt adapts to the conditions, keeping me comfortable without overheating or getting cold. I even wore it for several consecutive days, and it never developed an unpleasant odor. The fit is standard, neither too tight nor too loose, making it a practical base layer for a variety of activities. Hiking, traveling, or even office wear: it fits well and remains comfortable. Another benefit is that it hardly wrinkles and is easy to care for, which is especially convenient while traveling. I waited several months before writing this review to test it thoroughly, and the quality remains excellent. No holes or other issues so far. Considering the price, this is a solid product, and I can give it my full recommendation!

      I picked up this Merino wool T-shirt for my motorcycle trips, since I wanted something that wicks moisture and doesnt start to smell after a long ride. The shirt is soft, comfortable, and lightweight - a little thinner than I expected, but that works perfectly for layering. Ive put it through a couple of days of real use, and it handled sweat and movement really well. No unpleasant odor and excellent breathability. If it holds up over time, Ill definitely be buying more.
